After a strong move, a , prices often pull back. Fibonacci lines split the swing into fixed ratios: at 38.2, 50, 61.8 and 78.6% mark possible pullback zones, possible targets. Our rule uses 61.8–78.6% as the buy zone, but its entry is usually above it, after the swing high breaks – from the actual entry price the R/R is smaller. These are guides, not a forecast. Things to try
- Drag the high further up and to the right: how do zones and targets move?
- Switch how targets are measured from “from end of wave 2” to “from the low”: what changes?
- Switch the entry from 61.8% to 78.6%: what happens to the R/R?
