Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month, the yearly plan at the end of the year. You cancel right in the settings – no email, no phone call. Until booking opens there is nothing to cancel.
What is free?
Everything that works today without an account or with a free account: the screener for our core universe, analysis charts on every timeframe, fundamentals, short profiles, market analysis, Academy, and a small number of favorites and alerts.
How often is the data updated?
Crypto every hour (buy zones every 4 hours), core stocks twice per trading day (midday and after the close in New York), the extended universe once a week (Saturdays). There is no real-time data – the same for every plan.
What happens if I switch to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Entries above the new limit stay visible; only new ones are limited. Alerts above the limit or of types the plan does not include are paused – you can delete them or switch them back on later.
Is this investment advice?
No. Every plan shows the same automated analysis based on fixed rules. Buy zones are areas to watch, not a recommendation. We do not promise profits – you decide yourself whether and when to trade.
