How the zone is formed

What is this? In an intact uptrend (price above the 200-day line, 50-day line rising), the price pulls back to the 50-day line after a rise and closes back above it.

Buy zone: around the 50-day line (± 0.5 ATR). Stop: 1.5 ATR below it. Target 1: the last high, Target 2: 2 ATR above it.
