About the company

BitMine Immersion Technologies was originally active in Bitcoin mining and now mainly holds large amounts of the cryptocurrency Ether as a reserve. The development of the stock therefore depends heavily on Ether. The stock is listed on NYSE American. As of Oct 16, 2026

Fact sheet (from the annual report) Other financial services · Norwalk, USA

Bitmine Immersion Technologies is a US-based company that holds and actively manages Ether as its central reserve. Through equity and other capital markets transactions, it offers investors indirect access to Ether. From 2021 to mid-2025 the company operated immersion-cooled sites, mined Bitcoin itself and provided space for mining equipment to third-party customers. Since the third quarter of 2025 the focus has been on digital asset advisory and managing the reserve, while its own mining is being wound down. Results depend mainly on market conditions for Ether and on operational efficiency. In June 2025 the common shares moved from the over-the-counter market to the NYSE American exchange.

Banks and insurers: gross margin, current assets and capital expenditure are usually not reported and cash flow is not meaningful there – those lines and charts are omitted.

Profit comes mainly from sources other than revenue (e.g. value gains) – so no money flow chart.

From annual reports filed with the SEC (10-K, 20-F, 40-F) as first reported, share count adjusted for splits; obvious filing errors (e.g. wrong unit, outliers against both neighbouring years) are hidden. Describes the reported figures – not investment advice.

For banks and insurers free cash flow is not meaningful; ratios to free cash flow are usually omitted.
